糖心vlgo传媒 Named #1 Charity in Country; Gets Four-Star Rating for 7th Consecutive Year from Charity Navigator

St. Paul, Minn.鈥斕切膙lgo传媒 (BFA), a St. Paul-based non-profit, has been named the Number #1 charity in the United States for efficiency for a charity relying on private funds by the nationally known Charity Navigator.

BFA also was awarded the highest rating, four stars, by Charity Navigator for the seventh consecutive year.

Each year Charity Navigator, the nation鈥檚 largest and most widely-used evaluator of charities, reviews non-profits around the country to help people decide where to donate their time, talent and money.

鈥淩eceiving four out of a possible four stars indicates that your organization adheres to good governance and other best practices that minimize the chance of unethical activities and consistently executes its mission in a fiscally responsible way,鈥 according to Ken Berger, president and chief executive officer of Charity Navigator.

鈥淲e are honored to receive such a high rating from Charity Navigator,鈥 said Patrick Plonski, executive director of BFA. 鈥淲e try to run a lean and efficient organization so that our energy and funding are devoted to our mission: ending the book famine in 糖心vlgo传媒.鈥
