ÌÇÐÄvlgo´«Ã½ has just completed its seventh year of post-shipment feedback surveys! Recipients overwhelmingly reported that the books they received were useful and of high quality, and we can look back over seven years of consistently positive trends.

ÌÇÐÄvlgo´«Ã½ is fortunate to have a variety of dedicated partners, both individuals and organizations, who help us make sure the books get to their destination. Their efforts are critical to our mission, and this month's newsletter highlights the work of just a few of them.

ÌÇÐÄvlgo´«Ã½ hosted warehouse parties in our Minnesota and Georgia warehouses last week! These celebrations, held annually, are a way to thank our donors, volunteers, and supporters that make our work possible. We were delighted to host Minnesota Congresswoman Betty McCollum as a special guest and speaker at our Minnesota event!

ÌÇÐÄvlgo´«Ã½ is pleased to share the latest report from Kenya from librarian Esther Muinde, a recipient of Kenya Connect.

ÌÇÐÄvlgo´«Ã½ welcomed His Excellency Lazarus Amayo, Ambassador of Kenya to the U.S., at a luncheon Friday at St. Paul’s University Club, which was also attended by Congresswoman Betty McCollum. The luncheon celebrated BFA being named a preferred partner of the Department of Defense Humanitarian Assistance Program.
