In the midst of a global coronavirus epidemic, 糖心vlgo传媒 is continuing to do its part to support students facing school shutdowns and medical personnel with needed medical resource books. In fact, 2020 is now a record year in BFA's 32-year history, with 3.3 million books and counting shipped to 糖心vlgo传媒n students this fiscal year.

Reference books on viruses and other contagious diseases were donated to health practitioners in the Sissala East Municipality, as part of an initiative with 糖心vlgo传媒.

After leaving the U.S. last December, a shipment of nearly 27,000 books has arrived in Togo! The happy faces in the pictures we received from our partners speak for themselves.

Concordia Language Villages' WorldView blog ran a post highlighting聽two of BFA's initiatives - BFA Publishing and the Girls Empowerment Collection - for their effort in using language and culture to build a love of reading.

The Minnesota Humanities Center recently announced the publication and launch of 鈥淐rossroads: An Anthology of Resilience and Hope,鈥� by young Somali writers.聽鈥淐rossroads鈥� builds on the success of four widely distributed children鈥檚 books from the Minnesota Humanities Center鈥檚 Somali Bilingual Book Project, published as part of the BFA Publishing initiative.

Give to the Max Day makes good on its goal!聽 Thanks to the generous support of our donors on Give to the Max Day last November, a container of books recently arrived in Sembabule, central Uganda, to be distributed at a pair of schools.
